1. The screen resolution images are available free of charge.
2. The high resolution images are only available to registered users, and have been supplied to you subject to copyright protection under the Copyright Designs and Patents Act 1988 (see How to register).
3. You may re-use the image(s) free of charge for the purposes of research for non-commercial purposes, private study, criticism, review and news reporting, Natural England and the photographer must be acknowledged wherever used. Where possible, a credit to the Photographer and Natural England should appear alongside the image - for example "Peter Wakely/Natural England". Where this is not possible for design reasons, a general statement acknowledging the source such as "Photograph Copyright Natural England" should appear in a suitable place.
4. If you wish to re-use all or part of this image(s) for commercial purposes, including publishing you will need to apply for a licence. Applications can be sent to us at images@naturalengland.org.uk

6. Although Natural England takes all reasonable care to be accurate, we do not accept liability for any loss that the customer or a third party might incur because of a mistake by Natural England in identifying or captioning a picture.
