National Nature Reserves (NNRs) are key places for nature conservation. To help visitors understand and enjoy them better we invite the public to take part in a range of activities on NNRs during the year.

Most of the events are organised by Natural England staff. For full details please telephone the contacts listed. In some circumstances you will need to book your place in advance. In others a fee may be charged.

To prevent disturbance to wildlife, it may not be appropriate to bring a dog. Do take care to wear suitable clothing. It would be useful to bring binoculars. The expected length of walks or duration of events is shown.
