| What to see: |
A wooded site with a deep ravine, good network of short circular walks, and access to a dramatic beach and cliff environment. Ancient linear ditch and dyke across Flamborough Headland. The ditch and dyke are a Scheduled Ancient Monument of unknown date but is comparable with similar post Roman earthworks. The woodland is good for birds, resident and migratory, and for bats which roost in the trees.
